During the three months ended June 30, 2026, we repurchased 41,405 shares under the repurchase program at an average share price of $31.21 for an aggregate purchase price of $1.3 million.

As of June 30, 2026, we had repurchased a total of 2,615,651 shares of common stock since emergence from bankruptcy at an average share price of $32.14 (unadjusted for dividends paid) for an aggregate purchase cost of $84.1 million.
